Competition Cancellation/Amendment
Clean Collective reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or its T&Cs at any time without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or for any reason deemed necessary.
Liability & Indemnity
The Promoter, affiliates, suppliers, and suppliers’ officers cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, tax liability, or expense arising from participation in this competition or acceptance/use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entrants indemnify Clean Collective and its associates against all claims and liabilities arising from participation or use of the prize .
This exclusion does not extend to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where it cannot legally be excluded.
